We are aware of how stress affects your ability to think and be happy. It can affect your health, eating habits and sleep too. We are also aware of how debilitating stress and run-away emotions are for our dedicated staff who show up ready to serve every day no matter what else is going on. For this reason we have created The Mindful Break - an eight session Mindfulness Course and Meditation series that will drop into your mailbox every few days if you register for it. Register by filling out the form on this page. This series is available free to our donors, staff and friends because we appreciate you.
Each 30 minute session holds a 15 minute mindfulness video on topics such as: staying focused, your purpose, eliminating head trash and more. This is followed by a 15 minute meditation to help you feel revitalized, refreshed and renewed right away.

The links to the videos will stay accessible for three weeks and then be retired until we offer The Mindful Break again. Be sure to open emails entitled: The Mindful Break.
